How long does editing take? ▾
Standard delivery is 3–7 days depending on scope.
Do you provide RAW files? ▾
We deliver retouched JPEGs/TIFFs. RAW files are considered source material and not included by default.
Can we choose locations? ▾
Yes. We recommend locations that match your aesthetic goal and lighting requirements.
Do you travel? ▾
Yes, travel assignments are available upon request.
How do payments work? ▾
A retainer confirms the date. The balance is due upon delivery or as agreed.
What is the cancellation policy? ▾
Sessions can be rescheduled once at no cost with 48h notice. Cancellations within 48h may forfeit the retainer.
Who owns the copyright? ▾
Vyntelnor Studio retains copyright. Clients receive a usage license as specified in the agreement.
What does the license include? ▾
Standard license covers non-exclusive use for agreed media and period. Extended options are available on request.
What gear do you use? ▾
We shoot on full-frame mirrorless bodies with prime lenses and color-managed lighting for consistency.
What about safety and privacy? ▾
We operate with clear consent, secure storage, and private sets. NDA available upon request.
