1. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
Pay to lock in your time. Cancel at least a day before to get a refund.
2. Use of Facilities
Clients must comply with safety instructions. No hazardous materials or prohibited content.
Be safe, follow our guidance, and keep it lawful and respectful.
3. Liability
Vyntelnor is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected booking.
We cover at most the booking fee if something goes wrong on our side.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant Canadian province where the studio is located.
Local provincial laws apply.
5. Payments & Taxes
All fees are listed before checkout and are payable in CAD. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are added as required by law.
You’ll see the full price in Canadian dollars, plus any taxes your province requires.
6. Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted without charge if requested at least 24 hours before the booking start time, subject to availability.
You can move your booking once for free if you tell us a day in advance.
7. Conduct & Content
Harassment, hate speech, illicit content, or activities breaching privacy or IP rights are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
No abuse, illegal content, or rights violations. If you do, we can stop your session without a refund.
8. Data & Privacy
We collect only necessary data to run bookings, maintain safety, and improve services. See our privacy statement in the footer links for details where available.
We keep only what’s needed to manage your booking and keep everyone safe.
