Booking & Payment

• Change requests that alter scope or timeline may adjust pricing accordingly.
• For time‑boxed work, unused time expires unless carried over by written agreement.
• You are responsible for taxes, duties, and bank fees where applicable.

Liability

We aim for accuracy and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect damages.

• Services are provided “as is”; no warranty is implied beyond statutory obligations.
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities caused by outages or third‑party failures.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cease using the services and request review of any disputed charges.
• You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful or infringing use of the services.

Changes
